For those who do not know, Dan Flowers was in a horrific accident during an earthquake en route to the Del Mar Horse Show. Dan and his 2 assistants are okay. Thanks to his heroic efforts, 8 horses were saved from the burning trailer. 6 horses  are safe at the show, with 2 horses suffering from burns in a nearby vet  clinic ( Nancy Moreno's western horse and Jamie Pippert-Tucker's gaited horse) 
Everyone at the barn is hoping for the best.

 

On a sadder note, Chris Tresten lost her beloved "Bachlor" -five gaited pleasure horse- Life's a Dance in the accident. Chris is heartbroken over the loss.
